Investors International Real Estate is a boutique property sourcing agency built by investors, for investors. Between us we've bought, held, renovated and sold across multiple property cycles, and we've made the expensive mistakes so you don't have to. In doing all this we found that we could get access to the best deals if we had the inside scoop ourselves, so we all got our license!

What makes us different
Most agencies sell you what they've been given. We start with the suburb, then go looking for the best developers building in it. Every project is put through a 47-point due diligence process covering the developer's track record, the builder, the contract terms, the surrounding development pipeline and the numbers that actually matter. More than 95% of what crosses our desk doesn't make it through.
Because of the relationships we've built with Australia's leading developers, a lot of what we source is offered to our clients before it ever appears on a public listing portal. That's not a sales line, it's simply how the early stages of a development release work, and it's the stage where the best stock, best terms, and majority of the time where the best profit sits.
What you get
Straight answers, honest market insights, exclusive deals and and our straight-up opinion of the project. As we are an independent agency, we have the freedom to speak our mind - so if a project has a risk attached, whether it's a settlement timeline, a view that won't survive the next DA, or a body corporate structure that doesn't stack up, you'll hear it from us. We'd rather lose a sale than put you in the wrong building that doesn't align with what you're after.

The hardest property you'll ever buy is your first. Between deposits, finance, structure and sheer information overload, most people who want to invest never actually start. Our goal is to get you off the sidelines and into a quality asset, with the deposit bond, finance and structuring options laid out in plain language so the first purchase stops feeling impossible.
Find you the deal, not just a listing.
We negotiate on terms, inclusions and variations, and because of our relationships with developers a lot of what we source is offered before it ever reaches a public portal. That's where the better selection and the better terms sit. Getting you in early, on the right terms, is the part we can actually control.
Buy with growth in mind, deliberately.
We target the suburb before we target the building: infrastructure, population, supply pipeline, rental demand. Every project goes through our 47-point due diligence process, and more than 95% of what we're offered doesn't survive it. No one can promise what a market will do, but you can stack the odds by being ruthless about what you buy and where.
Build a portfolio, not a purchase.
One property is a transaction. Three is a strategy. We plan each purchase with the next one in mind, so your borrowing capacity, structure and cash flow still leave room to move. The clients we're proudest of are the ones on their second and third property with us.
